BeeStrong® Candy or Fondant
A healthier brood nest and s is what you get when you use BeeStrong® Candy or Fondant. This ready-to-use icing-type candy is designed to be used as a winter bee patty or as a replacement for a candy board.
Placed directly on the top bars, the patty is kept in its package for easy use and direct consumption by the bees. The fondant is great for strengthening larvae by increasing the availability of amino acids to promote better brood development and overall hive health. Contains 1% protein. No mixing is necessary, making it perfect for beekeepers of all levels.
Comes in an easy to use pouch that can simply be cut with a hive tool and placed onto the top bars of the hive. The pack can be placed inside the hive without the risk of disturbing the cluster or spilling sugar syrup in the hive. A can hold 2 pouches at one time; giving your bees almost 5lbs of sugar quickly and easily.

Usage Instructions
- Preparing Pack: Provide access to the candy by making 2 "X" cuts right next to each other on the non-label side of the pouch. A small piece of plastic in the center of the "X" can be removed. Alternatively, make 1 "X" and peel back the plastic to expose the candy.
- Placement: Position BeeStrong Candy on the middle frames, on the top bars, cut side down, making it easy accessible for the bees. The candy can be placed above the 1st, 2nd or 3rd box. Ideally it placed directly above the brood nest. Place covers back on the hive.
- Removal: Leave the package on the hive until the bees have consumed all the candy.
